This fee is separate from the repair price and is charged regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the repair. In situations where a customer isn’t ready to move forward with a repair, the service call fee is paid and the quote is good for 30 days. If the customer chooses to have the repair performed and contacts us within the 30 day timeframe, another service call fee will not be charged.
